Kevin Garratt – Guitar, Dobro & Vocals
Got into playing bluegrass in the 60's playing banjo and some dobro with “The Chevin Ramblers” Later in the mid 80's switched to guitar, and became the lead singer in “Generation Gap” ( one the first UK bluegrass band to include sisters) . Has always loved the harmony singing side of bluegrass, so in Dalebilly playing rhythm guitar and doing most of the lead singing, along with the occasional dobro break works well.
Claire Collins – Bass
Claire has always been into music, playing both piano and flute from a very early age.
She got into bluegrass from her parents who were very much into the music, and used to drag her along to the various festivals and events. She plays bass with Dalebilly and along with Richard give the band that tight bluegrass beat.
Richard Collins – Mandolin & Vocals
One of the best multi-instrumentalists playing bluegrass in the UK today. In “Dalebilly he plays the mandolin, but is equally at home on banjo and has also made a Guitar learning DVD for a well known organisation. He has played bluegrass for around 30 years and has been a member of bands including, “Fingers and CO” “Grassfire” and is still with “A Band Like Alice”
Richard Holland – Banjo
Got into bluegrass some 25 years ago, and has played in various bands mainly on banjo, though can occasionally be seen playing guitar. His style is edging towards the melodic, though he can play some very solid Scruggs. Richard loves preforming and can also be seen on stage with “Contraband”, "Blossom Hill" and “North Drive”.
Neil Garratt – Guitar & Vocals
Being brought up listening to the music it's not surprising Neil finished up playing bluegrass. He tried out various instrument in the early days and eventually settled on the guitar, though he can sometimes be seen playing the mandolin. Played in various bands over the years including “Three Up Front” and “Generation Gap” , and now plays some solid rhythm and lead with “Dalebilly”.
